Alumni
Alumni Association was instituted way back and the school witnessed the rare privilege
of the intense involvement of its alumni. Many students who attended People’s High
School, Ashoknagar, became the member of School Alumni Association. They have forged
successful careers, distinguishing themselves in Politics, Medicine, engineering
fields, theatre, film and television throughout the world and they are scattered
literally all over the world. All the members stay connected with their fellow classmates
and maintained a sense of community.
They energitically participated in the school activities and they stay associated
by organizing meetings among themselves. They were with the school during the Silver
Jubilee year. They made their presence felt by being with the management during
the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Nutan Vidya Samithi. They honoured their Alma
masters on all the occasions. They met several times to discuss the future strategy.
They are planning to develop the school staying in close relationship with the teachers,
Headmistress and the Secretary of the Samithi. Dr K Venkateshwara Rao and Mrs M
Valli interact with them to improve the amenities to ensure a safe and orderly school
environment and to support educational excellence.
The primary goal of the association is to communicate vital information to alumni
and to preserve the school’s history for future members. The purpose of this organization
is to promote fellowship among alumni, foster continued growth, and support the
mission of the association and the school.
