Syllabus: The school follows syllabi prescribed by the Secondary school certificate
[SSC] for classes 1 to 10
Teaching methods: All teachers extensively plan their lessons in advance
and record their work-logs. Teaching aids like charts, models, basic lab equipment
are used by staff to make learning more interactive and interesting.
Exams and tests: During the course of one academic year, 4 unit tests are
conducted in addition to Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual exam. All classes except
10th standard are graded annually on an average performance of all these examinations.
In addition to these students are continually observed with classroom and home assignments
and a constant check is kept over their performances.
Annual External Inspection: Yearly external inspections are facilitated so
as to keep track over performance and consistency of the staff.
Co-curricular/ Extra-curricular Activities
To ensure all-round growth of students several talent tests and competitions are
conducted by the school management. Quizzes, essay writing, handwriting, painting.
Debating, rangoli, dancing, singing and sports are the various areas in which students
have shown enthusiasm and active participation.
We believe that students have to be encouraged in these areas to build confidence,
team-spirit, divergent thinking, creativity, communication skills and the strength
to succeed.
