has taken an enormous leap forward in the past few years and the consequences are

education in our school.We instruct not only success in academics but also to create

situations boldly

As the head of the institution, I honestly anticipate that our students will add
value to the school.
In the year 1965, People’s High School, Himayatnagar was started to bring new trends,
especially to provide education to the down trodden and the economically challenged
students.The school has classes from L K G to X in English and Telugu Media with
strength of four hundred.It aims to promote the spiritual, moral, cultural, intellectual
and physical development of all the pupils and to prepare them for opportunities,
responsibilities and experiences of adult life.The values of the school are reflected
through the formal and informal curriculum as well as in extracurricular activities.
Our school conducts literary activities regularly.The students always win prizes
in UNO Celebrations. Some of our students were National Champion at junior level.
The school provides mid-day meals and distributes text books and note books free
of cost to the deserving students.Students are encouraged to achieve their intellectual
potential by striving for and attaining the highest standards of academic excellence.The
institution has under its banner highly qualified and dedicated staff that helps
the children in all-round development.In sports field one of our students was selected
for National Championship in boxing.Sramadanam chaduvula panduga programmes are
conducted annually.Our school organizes medical camps, free eye checkups and general
health checkups regularly.Special classes and extra coaching is given during vacation.The
school has not compromised on the quality of education.The school runs in the afternoon
session. Some of the students are working before school hours, reach school in time
and often take keen interest in their studies.
